RSA Security is modernizing its digital presence — from rebuilding RSA.com to elevating how we show up across social and digital channels. To do that, we need an AI native and forward thinker and actor who can use AI to modernize RSA’s digital presence.
We’re looking for a Senior Advisor, Digital Marketing to lead the coordination, execution, and optimization of RSA’s digital footprint. This person will manage the RSA.com rebuild project, oversee daily website and social publishing, and ensure all digital touchpoints reflect RSA’s brand, messaging, and leadership in identity security.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends project management, content coordination, and digital execution — ideal for someone who can work seamlessly across creative, product, and growth teams. You will serve as a bridge between our business goals, customer needs, and technical delivery. Competitive tracking and keeping up with the latest website trends and ensuring RSA stays relevant and ahead.
Principal Responsibilities:
RSA.com Rebuild
- Serve as project manager for the RSA.com redesign — coordinating agency partners, internal stakeholders, and project timelines
- Translate RSA’s strategic messaging and brand direction into site structure, copy, and visuals
- Manage reviews, QA, and approvals; ensure accessibility, compliance, and technical accuracy
- Partner with Marketing Ops/Analytics team to validate tagging, analytics, and data integrity
- Drive insights around site behavior (engagement, time on site, heat mapping)
- Support launch planning, communications, and content migration
Ongoing Digital Marketing (Web + Social)
- Manage RSA.com content and updates post-launch — ensuring accuracy, freshness, and brand consistency
- Content lifecycle management – e.g. monitoring site - adding and removing content from site – ensuring that RSA.com is up-to-date and relevant
- Develop a modern social strategy and lead RSA’s organic social across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, and other channels:
- Drive RSA’s voice into key digital conversations
- Acquire new followers
- Ensure brand and messaging alignment across all digital channels (web, social, email, microsites)
- Execute on campaign landing pages and ensure conversion
- Collaborate with analytics teams to drive continuous improvements based on data and feedback
- Maintain relationships with external agencies for design, SEO, and social as needed
- Maintain global sites (to be updated by AI tool); work with field marketing managers to get translations completed and approved
- Make light website edits and updates directly (e.g., posting events, updating copy, uploading assets, adjusting links or images)
Essential Requirements:
- 5–8 years in digital marketing, web management, or social media for a B2B tech or cybersecurity company
- Experience coordinating website redesigns or major web projects
- Strong grasp of social media strategy and management, including scheduling, community engagement, and reporting
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) and social tools (Hootsuite) and ability to use social content creation platforms (Canva)
- Familiarity with SEO, UX, and accessibility best practices
- Familiarity with privacy and consent management and digital privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and others to collaborate with the Legal and Security and Risk Office team
- Managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, etc) is a plus
- Comfortable partnering with analytics teams (GA4, Tag Manager, Pardot, Microsoft Clarity, CHEQ) to interpret and act on data
- AI-curious and capable with a knack for staying with digital trends
- Excellent project management, writing, and stakeholder communication skills
- Coding / website development experience is preferred but not required
