This role leads a team of software engineers focused on building secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications. The manager is responsible for technical leadership, people management, and delivery of software products aligned with RSA’s strategic goals.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a cross functional team of engineers.
• Drive design, development, testing, integration, and support of software products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, marketing, and customer teams.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Manage hiring, performance reviews, and career development.
• Interface with senior management to report milestones and influence product direction.
• Promote secure development practices and ensure compliance with SDLC standards.

Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise-scale software development.
• 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerization, and Active Directory.
• Strong understanding of security concepts and IAM use cases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Maven, Jenkins, Bamboo) and automated testing frameworks (JUnit).
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments

Education & Experience:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in the security domain, especially IAM.
• Knowledge of virtualization, cloud computing, and thin clients.
