Role SummaryJoin our Retirement Plan Services team as the primary technical support contact for plan administration. In this role, you will ensure accurate daily processing, participant balances, and plan-level maintenance while delivering exceptional service to internal and external partners. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in retirement plan operations, regulatory compliance, and financial reconciliation.Key Accountabilities
Process participant and plan transactions, including enrollments, changes, contributions, dividends, loans, and QDROs, while meeting all processing deadlines.
Analyze, generate, and maintain participant loans, including documentation, compliance review, amortization schedules, and delinquency management.
Review and resolve complex plan and participant corrections using regulatory knowledge, internal guidelines, and collaboration with administration teams.
Serve as the primary contact for Retirement Plan Services Administration, addressing questions, research requests, and reporting needs.
Reconcile daily retirement plan fund assets and cash, resolving discrepancies to ensure compliance with plan documents.
Prepare and balance quarterly reports, verifying accuracy across tax codes, recordkeeping systems, and trust accounting systems prior to participant statement generation.
Maintain clear and thorough documentation to support audits, compliance requirements, and plan reporting.
Required
Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (or equivalent experience)
2+ years experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
4+ years experience in Retirement Plan Services
