RPA Tech Lead

In recent years there has been an increased interest in the Thales civil solutions especially in the field of transportation and air traffic control. With the growing attention to infrastructure development by the Indonesian government, Thales will have opportunities in the transportation and security domain.

Responsibilities:

RPA Technical Leader is responsible for overseeing and guiding the development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within an organization.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using UIPATH platforms.

- Oversee the RPA development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design automation workflows.

- Ensure compliance with RPA best practices and RPA Governance.

- Monitor and optimize RPA processes for performance and efficiency.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for RPA projects.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality control of RPA solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely solutions.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA projects and processes.

Requirements:

-  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
-  Minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
-  Strong expertise in RPA platforms, particularly UiPath Orchestrator.
-  Experience with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
-  RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) preferred but not limited to.
-  Proficiency in RPA tools, especially UiPath Ecosystem.
-  Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
-  Understanding of CI/CD practices and version control systems.
-  Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
-  Familiarity with web services and REST APIs.
-  Process analysis and optimization techniques.
-  Strong leadership and team management abilities.
-  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-  Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
-  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-  Adaptability to new technologies and changing environments.
-  Creative thinking and innovation in process automation.
