We’re setting up a cutting-edge Center of Excellence (COE) for Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and we need a dynamic professional to help us build and shape the future of automation. As the RPA Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and marketing the RPA Center of Excellence. The program manager will also track progress, resolve issues, manage resources, and ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Develop executive-level documentation to include presentations/briefings, agendas, meeting minutes and reports related to the Community of Practice for RPA.
- Work with customers to understand their RPA requirements and whether the RPA solution is feasible.
- Schedule and coordinate and oversee all aspects of project activities, monitor, and summarize progress of project with a focus.
- Establish a risk management framework and report any Risks, Issues, and their mitigation in the Monthly Status Report.
- Participate in various customer and technical.
Essential Job Requirements:

- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experienced in RPA processes and implementation
- Skills & Expertise:
- Proven ability to solicit and document requirements, technical writing, and creating and using test cases. Experience with Agile methodologies and a knack for proactive communication are a must.
- Demonstrated success in client support with a keen ability to solve problems and perform structured analysis.
- Skilled in creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide system development.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication, risk management, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Federal compliance and security requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure specialists
