We are looking for an experienced RPA Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions that transform business processes through Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Automate Cloud, workflow automation, and enterprise process optimization, with the ability to build scalable, secure, and reliable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.

In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to understand process requirements, identify automation opportunities, and deliver end-to-end RPA solutions. You will be responsible for developing cloud-based workflows, integrating enterprise applications, and ensuring automation solutions follow industry best practices for performance, governance, and security. This position offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives while leveraging the latest capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and related Power Platform services.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through workflow automation.
  • Build, configure, and maintain automated cloud flows, approval workflows, notifications, scheduled jobs, and business process automations.
  • Integrate Power Automate solutions with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, and third-party enterprise systems.
  • Develop reusable automation components and standardized workflows that support multiple business functions.
  • Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot workflow failures, and optimize existing solutions for reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
  • Perform testing, debugging, validation, and deployment of automation workflows while ensuring high quality and minimal production issues.
  • Implement governance, security, compliance, and documentation standards across all automation initiatives.
  • Maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, deployment guides, and support documentation for developed solutions.
  • Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements based on changing business requirements.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates, automation trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 6+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Proven experience designing and developing enterprise automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience integrating automation solutions with Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL databases, REST APIs, and external business applications.
  • Solid knowledge of workflow automation, business process optimization, exception handling, and automation best practices.
  • Experience implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions following enterprise governance standards.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex automation and integration issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with connectors, expressions, JSON, APIs, and cloud-based workflow development within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple automation projects while consistently delivering high-quality solutions within project timelines.

Skills Required
