This transformation is evolving our business, strategy, core operations and IT solutions. As critical driver of this transformation, GGH’s IT organization is:

Design and develop robust .NET applications and systems adhering to DevOps practices.

Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages within a continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

Revise, update, refactor, and debug code, ensuring continuous improvement and deployment.

Improve existing software by identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs, with a focus on automating these processes.

Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC), in line with DevOps documentation standards.

Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support, while promoting a culture of shared responsibility and collaboration.
Responsibilities:

Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet both functional and performance requirements, with a focus on automation, monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the .NET framework, DevOps methodologies, and related technologies.

Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to produce software design and architecture that aligns with business goals and user needs.

Test and deploy applications and systems, ensuring high availability and resilience.

Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to the design of new features, with a focus on delivering value to the business rapidly and reliably.

Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization, while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in RPA development using Power Automate Desktop.
Experience in leading a project nice to have.
• Proficiency in designing and developing bots using Power Automate Desktop.
• Experience in programming languages such as C#
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have:
• Experience with Power Virtual Agents (PVA).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Power Automate Desktop.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Work Timing & Location

Office – Pimple Saudagar, Awfis, 3rd Floor, GK Mall, Above Pantaloon.

Current Flexible office presence policy – 3 days/week , 2 days WFH

Typical Working Hours – 10.30/12:30 to 7.30/9:30 pm IST. Operational on call availability subject to incidents/priorities.

Travel – subject to key projects, usually less than 2 weeks
