WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an RPA developer, you are part of the automation team in the SSC responsible for the digitalization of finance processes using the technology of UiPath. You make an important contribution to the business of H&M Group: by automating recurring tasks, you save your colleagues a lot of time and increase the quality of the work. What work can be automated? To determine that, you conduct an intake: does it involve repetitive work with fixed rules and a clear structure? Then perhaps these tasks can be taken over by a robot. Is that the case? Then, together with the business, you draw up the process documentation and get to work on the automation. You will help with identification and development of new automation opportunities and work closely with the Automaton Expert to promote and expand the automation capabilities with the SSC.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operations of multiple RPA automations in the finance & accounting operations
- Leading and building new RPA automations within the function
- Providing expert support to the business for the automations and managing the scripts when adjustments are needed
- Work with business colleagues to implement and roll out new RPA automations and digitalize complex operational (finance) processes.
- Creating processes and documentation for RPA projects.
- Sharing your knowledge with the department and keep the governance structures for RPA.
- Provide frequent updates to the Automation Expert and ask for support where required
- Responsible for keeping the RPA automations running and always updated
- Working closely with the functional teams to maintain the day-to-day technical functionalities for RPA
- Point of contact to solve incidents and issues to the automation RPA
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Our mission is to ensure quality and consistency across the function by guiding accounting teams and collaborating with key stakeholders. The team leads and develops global Accounts Payable processes and is accountable for driving efficient collaboration to enable optimized global support.

You are always looking for innovative ways to use robotization and take your colleagues along with you. You are tech-minded and are experienced in RPA with UiPath technology. You are well communicative, customer-oriented and can explain complex RPA actions to colleagues and help them with automation of more processes.
We are looking for people with:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with RPA technology, you have successfully completed UiPath Foundation, Orchestrator and Advanced courses, including certifications if available
- Basic understanding of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies
- Experience and relevant knowledge of VB.NET, C#, Python to use this in UiPath Studio
- Overall analytical, customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with users related to system issues
- Working knowledge of relevant another systems / ERP
- 5+ years of progressive experience in RPA UiPath ‘advanced’
- Experience with automation and from working within the different finance process areas, e.g., AP, AR and R2R (Stock and A2R)
- Strong knowledge and experience from RPA related programs
- Experience from developing automation within the Retail industry is a merit
- SAP experience is a merit
