We are seeking a Junior RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions. Key Responsibilities:

-Continuously monitor and optimize RPA bots to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-1-2 years of experience in RPA development using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
-Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and SQL.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
-Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
-Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience in process analysis and documentation.
-Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
-Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies.
-Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate).
