Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with 4-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with hyper automation, including low-code/no-code platforms, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define process workflows.
Develop reusable components, scripts, and frameworks to optimize automation solutions.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of RPA bots.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of RPA solutions.
Provide support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions, troubleshooting issues as needed.
Integrate RPA solutions with various enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
Document technical designs, implementation details, and best practices.
Train and mentor junior developers, assisting them in RPA development and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Work on hyper automation initiatives, leveraging low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate automation adoption. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4-6 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
Good programming skills in Python, or JavaScript.
Experience in workflow automation, process design, and system integration.
Hands-on experience with SQL databases and APIs integration.
Knowledge of hyper automation tools, including low-code/no-code platforms, OCR, AWS, Azure, AI/ML-based automation, and chatbot development is a plus.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for automation deployment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good to have knowledge or experience in tools such as Ms App, Cognigy, Abby, Rossum, IQbot, Knime, etc. (not mandatory)
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA
