Job Description

You will be part of the RPA community in Cluj, working with colleagues from different departments to drive automation forward.

Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, deploy and document workflows using UiPath;
• Build and maintain reusable components, libraries and frameworks to streamline automation development.
• Adhere to CI/CD pipeline deployment principles of RPA projects from development to UAT and production environments
• Provide solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs, and project implementation phase;
• Provide maintenance to the RPA processes.
• Be responsible for the overall testing cycles of the RPA processes.
• Implement error-handling, logging, and reporting methodologies for RPA processes.
• Keep in constant touch with subject matter experts to ensure the proposed and built solutions meet their needs.
• Adhere to security and compliance standards when developing RPA processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in UiPath development, including knowledge of best practices and design patterns, with a minimum of 2 years of experience;
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and methodologies;
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and error handling principles;
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or JavaScript;
• Experienced in working with cloud platforms (preferably Azure);
• Basic understanding of version control systems (GIT)
• Experience with REST APIs, integrating RPA solutions with third-party systems.
• Experience working in an Agile team environment;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and very good command of English;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
