We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join our Software Engineering team. You will play a key role in automating Delivery Analytics at the client level, applying innovative ideas, and driving technological advancements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to enhance Delivery Analytics processes.

• Work independently and serve as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in automation.

• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to solutions for work-related challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize automation systems.

• Research and propose innovative technological solutions for process improvement.

• Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for automation enhancement.

• Provide training and support to team members on automation best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Blue Prism.

• Intermediate proficiency in Data & AI Solution Architecture.

• Advanced proficiency in Automation Systems.

• Intermediate proficiency in Technological Innovation.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Experience working in financial services is a plus.
