Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior RPA Developer (L2, 3-5 years) to join our Shared Platform - RPA team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Blue Prism, with experience in team management and code reviews. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining RPA solutions in a Windows Server environment using SQL Server and programming languages such as .NET, SQL, and Java. Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere (AA), or other RPA tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Blue Prism.
- Lead and manage a team of RPA developers, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
- Perform code reviews to maintain efficiency, scalability, and security of automation scripts.
- Integrate RPA solutions with databases and enterprise systems using SQL Server.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Optimize and troubleshoot RPA workflows to improve performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards in automation development.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior developers.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in RPA development.
Must Have:
- o Blue Prism expertise.
- o Team Management experience.
- o Code Review skills.
Good to Have:
- o UiPath, Automation Anywhere (AA), or other RPA tools.
- Technical Skills:
- o Programming: .NET, SQL, Java.
