TITLE:              RPA Business Process Analyst

JOB LOCATION:           350 Campus Drive, Marlborough, MA 01752

DUTIES: The RPA Business Process Analyst will be a key contributor in identifying and supporting the implementation of innovative, cost-effective and scalable RPA solutions that will enhance operational productivity and increase customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with business and technical SMEs to identify and define automations, business rules, exceptions and system requirements. • Engage business process owners to define future-state automated business processes. • Conduct business process analysis and mapping sessions with stakeholders for further business requirement elaboration. • Evaluate potential business process automation opportunities and make implementation recommendations. • Identify gaps and weaknesses between the current-state and future-state process. • Create and maintain business process and other required documentation. • Support scrum by identifying acceptance criteria, creating user stories, grooming, meetings. • Support User Acceptance Testing with business and IT. • Support user training and creating user guides and other training

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus 2 years experience as an RPA Analyst or RPA Developer or related; 2 years experience analyzing and documenting the business process, identifying automation opportunities; creating and maintaining solution documentation; 2 years experience with UiPath processes; configuring new RPA processes and objects; 2 years experience identifying the technical infrastructure requirements, identifying project risks, creating test scenarios for pre-UAT phases, supporting the operational team during the UAT and rollout; Experience may be gained concurrently.

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.
