You will support the Automation Factory, a cross-divisional very international team delivering and managing software robots (RPAs) and in the future AI Agents for all the Procurement functions in Europe and world-wide.

Based on UIPath technology our robots already reduce time spent on mundane repetitive tasks and free up our employees time for more value adding tasks.

With team members located in Germany, France, India, Spain, UK and Canada, we represent the biggest RPA initiative at Airbus. Our daily mission is to identify the most time consuming, automatable tasks and to build robots as well as in future AI Agents managed by a central orchestration to reduce the process costs and lead times in a very agile and innovative way. 


Responsibilities - your mission 

Business Analyst Support: 

  • Analyzing new ideas for Automation entered by the Business Functions and preparing the bi-weekly Idea Evaluation Meeting

  • Capturing of the detailed process requirements and preparation of the BRD and process dry run as foundation for the user story creation for new robots

  • Entering the user stories in Jira to prepare the 1st development sprint

  • Managing clarifications on user stories between our RPA Development Team and Business Process Experts as part of the daily stand up and sprint review meetings

  • Act as Product Owner Proxy on a daily basis

Scrum Master Support:

  • Act as the Scrum Master in preparation and run of the daily stand up meetings and weekly sprint end/review and start meetings

Change Management:

  • Support the Core team in preparation and run of Awareness Sessions, Workshops and general communication

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • Proficient speaking and writing English (Spanish, French or German would be a plus)

  • Experience with Google Suite (including Google Site, DataStudio, …).

  • Experience in AI Agent / Google Gems creation and prompting

  • Experience with Automation tools such as UI Path

  • SAP MM knowledge and Jira

  • Creativity & innovation (ability to continuously improve processes and WoW incl. usage of new technologies like AI)

  • Communication skills and experience in generating digital training material

  • Organized, autonomous and structured, strong priority management skills

  • Project management skilled (Agile Scrum)

  • Customer mindset and result oriented

  • Stakeholder management

  • Ability to work in a very agile environment

  • Procurement and Supply Chain process knowledge (is a plus)
