The Royalty Operations Specialist supports royalty and referral fee operations by helping calculate payments, analyze data discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial reporting.  What you will be doing:

  • Support the calculation and review of royalties and referral fees based on contract terms

  • Investigate discrepancies and help track issues back to source data

  • Act as a point of contact for assigned partners, assisting with questions and resolving basic issues

  • Work with data sets to identify variances and support reporting needs

  • Collaborate with teams across Finance and Accounting, Legal, Procurement, ISV, Billing, and Sales Ops to improve data accuracy

  • Assist with process improvements and help identify opportunities for better efficiency

  • Pull and organize data from reporting tools to support audits and decision-making

What you will likely bring:

  • Intermediate Excel skills (lookups, pivots, basic data analysis)

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and problem-solve

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Clear communication skills and comfort working with internal teams and external partners

  • Familiarity with financial or reporting systems, or the ability to learn quickly

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in purchasing, finance, accounting, procurement, or a related field

  • Strong English communication skills
