Job Description:
The associate on this position is responsible for development, deployment and coordination of trade marketing activities with strong online focus within the Pet Specialist Retail, later PSR channel according to the annual execution plan. As such, the Trade Marketeer is in close contact with the on-line and off-line sales managers and customers marketing department and pro-actively drives business and category growth at our PSR customers by deploying activation and toolkits from the region.

- Planning, execution and evaluation of trade & portfolio marketing activities in the market aiming to drive recommendation, sales as well as brand performance (consumer & financial KPIs). Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to following actions:
- Collaborates in building cluster marketing execution plan in cooperation with MSD and Sales Acceleration team.
- Aligns messaging and concept for activations to overarching campaign/brand messaging.
- Defines & tracks budget for activations.
- In the lead for getting approval on national activations/events through the S&OP+ cycle, including ROI calculation and evaluation.
- Develops and deploys Cluster and Market marketing activations plans for their specific PSR online and in-store and leveraging the customers CRM platforms.
- Plans and manages ordering, development and production of all communication/promotional materials, both online and instore, based on the key visuals developed by the Regional S&M team.
- Evaluate customer activation materials and continuously drive best-in-class, innovative POS materials to support the recommendation and conversion of our brand.
- Partner to deliver category vision into Action projects at customers in close collaboration with Category Manager and sales teams.
- Provides sales teams with the selling tools to deliver a perfect execution in store and online.
- Shares best practice across Cluster.
