Join our team as an ROV Technical Support Lead

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ROV Technical Support Lead to join our high-performing team ROV team on a permanent basis.

Primarily you will be working on:

  • Providing onshore & remote technical support to ROV operations & offshore personnel.
  • Support project execution, including vessel mobilisations, yard activities, and audits.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, system configuration, and technical problem resolution related to ROV's.
  • Liaise with offshore teams to ensure operational continuity and minimise downtime.
  • Engage with sub-contractors, suppliers & internal department to support operations.
  • Continuous improvement initiatives & operational efficiency.

In this role, you will be the bridge between our ROV operational onshore & offshore team. This role will involve supporting project delivery through your technical expertise from equipment selection through to mobilisation planning to maintain our reputation for excellence and HSEQ integrity. Requirements
  • Trade or Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
  • IMCA qualification as ROV Supervisor or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with ROV Systems, electronics & interfacing.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Extensive experience in testing, troubleshooting, and technical diagnostics.
  • Highly confident, self-motivated, self-disciplined person with sound management and organisational skills.
  • Must be able to perform and achieve at a high level with minimal supervision.
  • A strong understanding and commitment to HSEQ.

Location: Perth CBD, Western Australia with flexible hybrid options available.
Travel to remote or offshore work sites/vessels required from time to time where needed
