Bosch offers a dynamic Rotational Development Program (RDP) designed specifically for recent Bachelor's and Master's graduates. This 24-month, entry-level program provides a unique opportunity to gain professional and leadership experience across the Power Solutions (PS) division in Farmington Hills.
The program consists of 4 customized rotations, giving you hands-on exposure to diverse teams and work environments. Geographic flexibility is essential, as you may rotate to different locations across the U.S. to meet business needs and broaden your experience.
To support your development, you'll be paired with an executive mentor for professional coaching and career guidance, as well as a peer mentor to help you navigate the program. In addition to on-the-job learning, you’ll take part in structured networking events and targeted training sessions that foster leadership skills and expand your professional network.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications (Must Haves):
- Bachelor's Degree received within the last 2 years in Business with a concentration in Marketing
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Minimum of one completed internship, co-op, or six months full-time relevant work experience related to your field of study
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Candidate must be willing and able to work in person at the Farmington Hills office
- Must be authorized to work in the United States – Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization is unavailable under this program.
Highly Preferred Skills and Abilities:
- High desire to learn and support different groups throughout the chosen rotations within the Power Solutions division
- Able to establish a strong cross-functional network (e.g., at manufacturing plants, logistics, purchasing, accounting, business units, etc.)
- Prior experience with, and openness to working with large databases and systems like SAP, CRM, Salesforce, Power BI, etc.
- Highly analytical, curious, assertive, self-driven, and solution oriented.
- Open to embracing AI tools and digitalization.
