We are seeking a Rostering Officer to join our team for a permanent role based in our Sydney City office. Reporting to the National Rostering Team Leader you will be the first point of contact for a range of enquiries from clients and staff. You will join an established team with the responsibility of allocation of shifts to our Nurses for our Aged Care and Acute clients.
What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our clients receive the best possible care by matching the right people, at the right time, with the right skills. You’ll play a key role in welcoming and integrating new staff into the workforce and building strong working relationships with the Recruitment & Service Delivery, Customer Care, and Business Relationship Lead teams. Alongside this, you’ll support initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to a variety of ad hoc duties and projects as they arise.

To be considered for this role:
You’ll need a NDIS Workers Screening Check (dated within the last 12 months), a current Working with Children Check and a national police check.
