The ideal candidate to support Roster would possess the following skills:
- Task Management
- Evaluate, prioritize, delegate, and provide status updates
- Off-shore team oversight
- Stakeholder Management
- Requirements gathering
- Service Requests resolution
- Roster Application Management – Basic tasks such as data entry, new hire processing and applying hierarchy change logs
- Processing, Maintenance, Investigations, and Validation
