  • Task Management
    • Evaluate, prioritize, delegate, and provide status updates
  • Off-shore team oversight
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Requirements gathering
    • Service Requests resolution
  • Roster Application Management – Basic tasks such as data entry, new hire processing and applying hierarchy change logs
    • Processing, Maintenance, Investigations, and Validation
