Position Summary: The Ropes Course Lead directs and supervises the camps adventure and ropes course program.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise ropes course staff for safe operation of the facility and program
- Complete staff training
- Conduct daily facility and equipment checks for safety and cleanliness, report any issues
- Maintain course records
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Training and experience in ropes course programs
Computer Skills:
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of TEAMS and SharePoint
- Willingness to learn new software as needed
Certificates and Licenses:
- Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
- Current and First Aid certifications
