We are looking for you to manage our room service as Room Service Manager during the winter season 2026/2027.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of the room service and banquet department
  • Management of a team of approximately 10 employees
  • Coordination and operational implementation of room service activities
  • Ensuring the timely and correct delivery of food and beverages to guests
  • Management of personnel
  • Control of orders
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Cooperation with the kitchen and front desk
  • Maintaining inventory and ensuring high quality standards
  • Ensuring an excellent guest experience with a focus on quality and hygiene standards
  • Responsibility for recruitment, training, and development of the team
  • Creating the monthly duty roster
  • Placing orders, conducting inventories, and closing daily accounts

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Completed training and at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in a comparable hotel
  • Attention to detail 
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Keen interest in team-oriented work
  • Resilience, professional competence, tidiness, and a very high awareness of quality
  • Structured and organized way of working
  • Guest-oriented work and economic action
  • English and German are required, other languages, such as Italian, are an advantage
