Your Role: As a Rollout Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end deployment of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) networks and leading project teams and engineers to ensure the successful rollout of FTTH infrastructure.

How You Will Contribute to Our Success:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the rollout of FTTH networks in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of project managers and field engineers to ensure efficient and timely deployment of FTTH infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and vendors to procure materials, equipment, and resources necessary for network deployment.
• Oversee site surveys, feasibility studies, and permitting processes to identify suitable locations for network infrastructure deployment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety protocols throughout the deployment process.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize costs to meet financial targets and maximize return on investment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to address technical challenges and ensure seamless integration of FTTH networks.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  

To be a fit you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in the rollout of telecommunications networks, preferably FTTH.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Sound understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optic networks, GPON technology, and network architecture.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
