Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as an expert for rollout projects/waves Invoice-to-Pay PISA? (Processing Invoices with Smart Automation)
Execute Fit-to-Standard analysis and Master Data Collection (Rollout Template).?
Represent global standard in Fit-to-Standard Workshops and initiate deviation process/ approval where necessary.?
Readiness Check of the Invoice-to-Pay Process in the PISA System
Planning and coordination of tests, training and migration incl. knowhow transfer to support organization and operations.?( S/4 system )
Drive continuous improvement activities for related projects, processes and IT
Required skills:
Structured and methodical approach, strategic and conceptional strength, excellent service mindset and engaging collaboration, high networking capabilities, good process understanding for I2P processes and high process orientation?
Project management and agile working skills?
Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English?Job Location : Bangalore, Coimbatore or Pune
Qualifications
Education: Graduate/ Master's degree) in Finance, Business Administration or similar. ?
