FRDA is seeking Role Players.

These roles are onsite in Ft. Bragg, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ASOT Role Player duties as defined by the scenario defined within the applicable training class IAW requirements of the Government's classified SOW.
  • Act in various training capacities, including intelligence assets, foreign dignitaries, or local civilians.
  • Provide cultural insight and gender specific perspectives in operational training.
  • Enhance scenario realism by accurately portraying female roles in different cultures.
  • Collaborate with trainers to refine scenario details.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • L3, Military Operations Training Course (MOTC), or similar.
  • One or more of the following qualifications depending on the requesting authority:
    • prior military service;
    • graduate of Q-school, Advanced Special Operations School or Defense Advanced Training Course qualified;
    • CMF-18, Naval Special Warfare or MARSOC qualified;
    • Level II trained.
  • Able to walk six (6) consecutive miles within two (2) hours.
  • Possess an active Secret clearance.
  • Possess driver’s license.
  • Ability to Use Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to portray a wide range of characters in dynamic scenarios.
  • Cultural competency and knowledge of gender specific interactions in different societies.
  • Experience with a variety of ethnic and gender backgrounds.
