Job Summary:

FRDA is seeking a Role Player Chief of Station.

This role is onsite in Ft. Bragg, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ASOT role player duties as defined by the scenario defined within the applicable training class IAW requirements of the government's classified SOW.
  • Manage simulated intelligence operations, including covert activities and asset handling.
  • Coordinate operational activities between intelligence personnel and special operations forces.
  • Advise on diplomatic protocols, interagency coordination, and crisis management.
  • Lead country team exercises, ensuring realistic training scenarios.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be or Military Operations Training Course (MOTC) graduate or equivalent.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Possess an active Secret clearance.
  • Ability to walk six (6) consecutive miles within two (2) hours.
  • Possess driver’s license.
  • Ability to Use Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Senior intelligence operations experience as a former Chief of Station or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in managing intelligence missions abroad.
  • Completion of diplomatic and interagency coordination courses.
  • Proven leadership in directing multi-agency teams.
  • Advanced training in crisis management and intelligence operations.
