Job Summary:

FRDA is seeking a Role Player Chief of Mission.

This role is onsite in Ft. Bragg, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ASOT role player duties as defined by the scenario defined within the applicable training class IAW requirements of the Government's classified SOW.
  • Manage simulated intelligence operations, including covert activities and asset handling.
  • Coordinate training exercises involving interagency cooperation.
  • Mentor trainees on operational leadership, intelligence collection, and counterintelligence tactics.
  • Ensure operational security and integrity in training scenarios.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Attended Ambassadorial Seminar OR Deputy Chief of Mission/Principal Officer's Seminar or equivalent (State Department Course for Senior Leaders).
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Possess an active Secret clearance.
  • Ability to walk six (6) consecutive miles within two (2) hours.
  • Possess driver’s license.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Chief of Mission OR Deputy Chief of Mission OR Senior State Department Official OR Senior Staff experience for State Department of US Embassy and worked directly with a Chief of Mission.
  • Advanced intelligence operations coursework.
  • Specialized training in clandestine operations and counterintelligence.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in asset recruitment and intelligence gathering.
