As the Program Management Executive Director within the Strategy and Program Office, you will drive transformation that enhances efficiency, reduces operational risk, and strengthens control frameworks. Your experience in program management and understanding of the RBAC domain will enable you to manage this complex, firmwide standard. Adept navigation through ambiguity, adaptation to change, and leveraging of analytical reasoning and influencing skills are essential for driving value-based outcomes. Your exceptional communication abilities will foster productive relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients. Through your technical fluency and thought leadership, you will play a pivotal role in achieving business goals that has firmwide impact.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute the CIB's RBAC strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, business objectives, and control frameworks.
- Establish and oversee governance structures that drive accountability and senior sponsorship for RBAC adoption.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable role-based access profiles that embed least privilege and streamline operations.
- Develop deep, trust-based advisor relationships with key client stakeholders in management and the Lines of Business (LOBs) to eliminate manual workflows, advance automation, and deliver measurable efficiency gains.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives, key results (OKRs) and own tracking and reporting on program performance and outcomes
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth; promote the sharing of best practices and lessons learned across the team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 8+ years of experience in financial services, program management, or related fields.
- Deep expertise in Role Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks.
- Proven ability to set strategy, lead governance, and deliver transformation across multiple business lines.
- Strong executive communication skills, with ability to influence and drive outcomes with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex programs in a matrixed organization.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, JD, or related) strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in CIB or corporate/investment banking operations, technology, or risk.
- Background in management consulting or financial services transformation programs.
- Experience leading change management initiatives, including process redesign and adoption.
