The Role

As a Rocket Pro Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our brokerage marketing initiatives and driving meaningful engagement with our broker community. You'll take ownership of high-impact projects including newsletter optimization, marketing asset development, and product launch coordination. Your analytical mindset, creative collaboration, and attention to detail will help shape how we communicate with over 60,000 brokers and prospects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in email marketing, content strategy, and cross-functional project management in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

About the Role

  • Take ownership of revamping and optimizing our weekly broker newsletter, analyzing historical performance data to identify what's working and what needs improvement, then implementing strategic recommendations

  • Coordinate with product, creative, and marketing teams to manage the newsletter production process using Monday.com, ensuring seamless workflow and timely delivery to 60,000+ subscribers

  • Develop and maintain a marketing asset hub for broker resources, addressing high demand for updated collateral and marketing materials that support our broker community

  • Support smaller mortgage product launches by creating templates, understanding product features and benefits, and defining key messaging and positioning

  • Assist in creating video content for newsletter features, social media distribution, and product announcements, including Rocket release videos and promotional content

  • Collaborate with the creative team to manage input, timelines, and production schedules for all marketing deliverables

  • Support the Marketing Team in driving brokerage and event communications and branding initiatives for Rocket Pro

About You
Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • Email marketing experience or demonstrated knowledge of email marketing best practices

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data analysis and reporting

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Video content creation experience or familiarity with video editing tools

  • Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com or Asana

  • Knowledge of the mortgage or financial services industry

  • Experience with marketing automation or email marketing platforms
