As a Product Delivery Manager in the CCB Operations Robotics Product Team, you'll work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you will create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
As a key member of the Robotics team, you will leverage their advanced expertise for designing, developing, and optimizing prompts for large language models (LLMs) to facilitate seamless integration with APIs and enhance RPA capabilities. Your role requires a deep understanding of natural language processing, API interactions, and automation technologies. You should exhibit superior problem-solving skills, and lead as an individual contributor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with domain experts and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and automation goals, translating them into effective LLM prompts, and design, develop, test, and refine prompts for various use cases.
- Work closely with software developers and data scientists to integrate LLM solutions into applications and RPA workflows, and contribute to developing a scalable framework for LLM prompt engineering.
- Analyze and optimize prompt performance, assist in gathering user feedback, and conduct testing and validation to ensure reliability and robustness.
- Stay updated with advancements in LLM technology, APIs, and RPA technologies, and document prompt engineering processes and best practices.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of APIs, collaborate with supporting teams for documentation, and analyze data requirements to identify suitable APIs.
Facilitate workshops on API utilization, establish relationships with supporting groups, conduct regular audits of existing APIs to ensure alignment with business needs, and develop guidelines for selecting appropriate APIs based on data requirements and GUI functionalities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field with proven experience in prompt engineering or natural language processing
- Familiarity with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, with a strong understanding of APIs and their integration
- Experience with machine learning frameworks, data processing libraries, and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath), with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with advanced natural language processing techniques, such as sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and language translation, combined with familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for scalable AI/ML deployment
- Proficiency in project management or agile methodologies for efficient coordination within cross-functional teams
