Summary:

The Robotics Pre-Operative Planning Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate, high‑quality pre‑operative surgical plans by transforming CT imaging data into precise 3D anatomical models. Through strict adherence to protocols, detailed documentation, and close collaboration with field and internal partners, this role directly supports safe, efficient, and clinically effective robotic‑assisted joint replacement procedures. This role maintains a proactive, collaborative partnership with Sales Representatives to ensure alignment, timely plan delivery, and effective support for clinical and customer needs. 

What You Will Do:

  • Enter and manage segmentation request data within designated systems and databases.
  • Review CT scans to ensure compliance with required imaging protocols.
  • Utilize specialized software to create 3D anatomical bone models from CT scan data.
  • Develop pre-operative surgical plans for robotic-assisted Total and Partial Knee Arthroplasty procedures.
  • Evaluate segmentations and surgical plans for anatomical accuracy, implant sizing, and positioning.
  • Upload and distribute completed surgical plans to field-based personnel in a timely manner.
  • Document activities in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback while maintaining consistent, high-quality deliverables.

What You Need:

Required:

  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in a related field)

Preferred:

  • Certification or related experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI) 
  • Certification in Nursing or related field
