If you are a visionary growth driver with a passion for robotics and a hunger to win, this role was made for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales and Market Development

  • Engage key stakeholders and senior decision-makers to align our robotics solutions with their top business objectives — positioning us as a mission-critical strategic partner, not just a vendor.

  • Lead and close high-stakes enterprise negotiations, structuring agreements that deliver exceptional value on both sides.

  • Scale robotic cleaning solutions from pilot to enterprise-wide across multiple sites and regions.

Account Management and Growth

  • Own a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts — becoming an indispensable partner who anticipates needs and earns trust at every level.

  • Build and execute data-driven account plans that deepen partnerships, maximize retention, and unlock upsell opportunities.

  • Embed our robotic cleaning solutions into customers’ long-term operational strategies — making us the partner they can’t imagine operating without.

Customer Success and Advocacy

  • Partner with deployment teams to ensure every customer goes live confidently and achieves measurable ROI from day one.

  • Proactively resolve customer challenges before they escalate — turning obstacles into opportunities to deepen loyalty.

  • Cultivate customer champions who actively promote our solutions across their organizations, fueling organic growth and industry recognition.

Market Insights and Strategy

  • Track market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the robotics space to keep us ahead of the curve.

  • Translate field insights into sharp feedback for Product and R&D that shapes our roadmap and sharpens our edge.

  • Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns that resonate with decision-makers and accelerate pipeline.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Maintain precise Salesforce records of account activity, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.

  • Use performance data to surface growth opportunities and continuously raise the bar on account outcomes.

  • Deliver business reviews that celebrate wins, uncover new value, and set an ambitious vision for what’s next.

Key Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or business development — with direct experience in robotics, industrial automation, or cleaning solutions.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven track record growing and retaining complex enterprise accounts.

  • Working knowledge of robotics and IoT — you geek out on this stuff and customers can feel it.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship skills that open doors and close deals.

  • A builder’s mindset — developing bold plans and executing relentlessly to make them real.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Attributes:

  • A bold strategic thinker obsessed with delivering measurable outcomes.

  • A driven self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and owns their results.

  • An inventive problem-solver who turns complexity into clarity.
