As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional automation squad delivering complex process automation solutions using appropriate tools and technologies. You will work with industry-leading RPA, OCR, and assisted automation software to build robust solutions that meet the team’s quality standards and customers’ business requirements. While building and testing components, you will focus strongly on reusability and ease of integration. You will also be expected, to a lesser degree, to maintain existing automation whenever required by technical or business changes.
Role Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using tools such as Blue Prism and UiPath.
Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities.
Troubleshoot, modify, and enhance existing automation workflows.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Work on projects across different business functions based on team's capacity
Role Requirements
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any similar field.
Proven experience automating business processes (e.g., macros, RPA platforms, scripting).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt automation scripts in real time.
Familiarity with at least one of the following: Blue Prism or UiPath, Power Automate, or C#.
Good understanding of process design, testing, and deployment in an RPA environment.
Strong English language skills (verbal and written).
Nice to Have:
Experience in multi-departmental project delivery.
Exposure to AI-assisted automation with the ability to validate and modify AI outputs.
Experience working in an international, multicultural team.
Work Shift

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 2,583 – 3,333 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
