Job Summary

Job Purpose

Imerys is currently seeking a highly motivated RPA developer, who will report to the RPA lead and will join the Shared Service Centre’s RPA Hub at Athens. This position seeks a professional adept with tools like Automation Anywhere or SAP BTP, focusing on streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency within the company’s finance and business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deliver robust and scalable solutions utilizing Automation Anywhere or SAP BTP software

  • Execute a thorough User Acceptance Testing phase on each process

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and subject matter experts during the various phases of the RPA design and implementation, informing them about any potential risks and issues and providing relevant input.

  • Support on existing solutions and implementing change requests as part of a structured change control process

  • Code Revision and Optimization on existing solutions based on feedback from business teams.

  • Identify and document better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future developments

  • Update and maintain Blueprints around RPA

  • Maintain the technical infrastructure of the automation platform in collaboration with our hosting / infrastructure team

Qualifications & Experience

  • Academic Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Business Administration

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a software development role with experience in RPA Software (e.g. Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, UI Path, SAP BTP, etc) 

  • Knowledge of Python and API management tools would be considered as a plus

  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Cloud Databases

  • Experience in architecting and developing workflow based solutions

  • Fluent English speaker (C1/C2)
