Responsibilities:
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Track/monitor project progress to manage financial budget and schedule
- Manage complex contract negotiations
- Assemble/manage project teams
- Serve as primary contact for clients/team
- Manage change requests/implement strategies to minimize negative impacts
on the project
- Review work to ensure high-quality work is performed
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Document all project deliverables/maintain project records
(correspondence, design plans, and other related files)
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Ensure regulations are followed and enforce safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 8+ years of highway/municipal design experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control
- PE License
- Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
Salary is commensurate with experience.
