Key Responsibilities:
- Accepting customer reservations and making loading planning in the most efficient and profitable way,
- To provide timely accurate information flow to the customer and / or group offices,
- Data entry of shipping documents into the system,
- Assisting the freight requests from the Sales & Marketing department,
- To follow the operation process from the vehicle exit to its arrival and to provide complete information flow.
- Graduated from related departments of universities,
- At least 2 years of experience in the International Transport / Logistics industry,
- Especially experienced in Overseas Operations and Road Transport,
- Experienced in customer relations
- Professional knowledge of English
- Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
- Good at analytical thinking, willing to research and learn, teamwork oriented,
- Having regular reporting habits and giving importance to documentation,
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, result and solution-oriented,
- Male candidates must have completed military service,
- Residing in Istanbul, preferably on the European Side,
- No restriction for domestic and international travel
