YOUR MISSION
As a XL Brands Team Lead, you will be part of the Glovo Brands Ads team in Romania, which provides a suite of services to help some of the top CPG, services and financial institution brands to grow their reach, engagement and sales within Glovo audience. Your priority will be to develop partnerships with Top Brands within Glovo, with the objective of growing the Ads business in Romania.

THE JOURNEY
- Develop and own relationships with several Top Brands, and Identify growth opportunities to increase their investment in a sustainable way.
- Lead and build a high-performing account management team.
- Assure your team establishes excellent relationships with Glovo’s Top brands partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (brand meetings and business reviews).
- Evaluate, follow up, and build reports of your team’s portfolio and KPIs. Take action to reach your goals and company OKRs.
- Together with your team draw and execute plans, making your brands grow through fixing the assortment basics, marketing activations within our different channels, and overall sales growth.
- Ensure that Glovo is working alongside the best possible brands.
- Improve Glovo’s revenue by signing long-term visibility deals, renegotiating current conditions, and introducing new assets.
- Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive brands.
- Improve operational execution with our brands by making sure we always deliver the best service to our brands and customers.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related careers
- At least 5 years of experience in high-performance account management. Experience in working in a fast-paced, high-energy sales culture with a proven track record of high performance.
- Team leadership skills and experience, at least 2 years.
- Excellent commercial skills - you have a natural ability to openly communicate and engage with new people. Full comprehension of client businesses and needs.
- Strong analytical skills and Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
- A curious mind with a strong desire to leverage creative problem-solving skills to develop new ideas and revenue opportunities.Proactivity is in your DNA, and you always look to raise the bar.
- Strong communication abilities with ability to influence and drive change.
- High level of written & spoken English and Romanian is a must.
- An empathetic, inclusive, and can-do attitude.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Excel/Google Sheet is a must.
- This is a full time position. Location: Bucarest
