What You'll Do:- Provide and oversee exceptional nursing care for residents
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support STNAs and LPNs
- Respond to changes in resident conditions and coordinate appropriate care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Advocate for residents and their individual care needs
- Current Ohio RN license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Hourly Rate: $38-42 hourly

The PACS team consists of 300+ professionals who provide accounting, finance, human resources, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, legal, risk management, information technology and other business advice and support from its headquarters in Farmington, UT, and satellite offices across the United States. PACS provides back-office administrative support to 321 independently-operated healthcare facilities in 17 states.
