We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our senior living community team. The RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, overseeing clinical services, and ensuring residents’ health, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate is organized, clinically skilled, and committed to delivering exceptional resident-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and nursing need
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community policies
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions
- Supervise and support caregivers, CNAs, and medication aides
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, infection control standards, and company policies
- Participate in resident assessments, wellness checks, and care conferences
- Provide education and support to residents, families, and staff as needed

Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required
