What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on, compassionate nursing care to patients.
- Monitor patient health and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
- Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other nurses to create and follow care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Promote a positive and safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
- Previous nursing experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine caring attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
