Registered Nurse - Assisted Living Units - 1st & 2nd shifts
Hiring: Full-time & Part-time
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 PT / $15,000 FT
Retention Bonus: $2,500–$5,000 annually
Pay: $29.00–$33.50/hr (dependent upon experience & shift)

About the Role
- Provide high‑quality nursing care in a senior living environment
- Supervise Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants
- Support a warm, hospitality‑driven, resident‑centered community
Key Responsibilities
- Resident ADL Support — Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
- Care Plan Management — Identify changes, update plans, reassess residents
- Clinical Reporting — Provide daily updates to Director of Health Services
- Nursing Care Delivery — Administer care per physician orders
- Interdisciplinary Coordination — Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services

- 1st Shift: 6am–2pm

Monarch Landing is a 62+ Life Plan Community in Naperville, Illinois, operating a 60-acre campus centered on resident-first senior living. It offers vibrant independent living and a continuum of care through The Springs, including memory-supported assisted living, respite care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and memory care. The community is owned and managed by Senior Care Development, with LCS as an equity partner.
