Key Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure consistent, high quality care
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies while monitoring effectiveness and outcomes
• Observe and document resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families
• Provide education and emotional support to residents and their families
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and infection control practices
Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse license in Washington State required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate effectively with a care team
• Compassionate approach with a commitment to excellence in resident care
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required
