Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our Colorectal Surgery practice in New Albany, Indiana.
In this role, you will provide professional nursing care using evidence-based practices while supporting patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Working closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, you will assess patient needs, coordinate care, provide education, and help create a healing environment centered on exceptional patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license (or valid work permit in Kentucky)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS certification may be required based on departmental guidelines
