RN Unit Coordinator

As an RN Unit Coordinator, you will coordinate communication between patients, nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation. • Coordinate and manage daily activities of the nursing unit to ensure efficient workflow.
• Serve as a communication link between nursing staff, physicians, patients, and families.
• Maintain accurate patient records, scheduling, and documentation.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Track and monitor patient care activities and staffing assignments.
• Support compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Address patient and family inquiries promptly with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate quality patient outcomes.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven experience in clinical nursing and/or healthcare unit coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and office software.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
