What You Will Do:

  • Oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift
  • Support and guide LPNs and CNAs, building a strong, capable team
  • Respond to and manage complex clinical situations with confidence
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as the go-to clinical leader when challenges arise

 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of critical care experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • A commitment to mentoring others and delivering exceptional care
