What You Will Do:
- Oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift
- Support and guide LPNs and CNAs, building a strong, capable team
- Respond to and manage complex clinical situations with confidence
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Serve as the go-to clinical leader when challenges arise
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred)
- At least 1 year of critical care experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- A commitment to mentoring others and delivering exceptional care

Operating a 126-acre campus in Clarence, NY, the organization offers a continuum of care including skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, independent living, spiritual care, hospice, and outpatient therapies.
