White Oak Manor Spartanburg is seeking a dynamic and motivated RN Supervisor to join our team — Monday through Friday, NIGHT SHIFT ONLY… NO WEEKENDS!!! 🎉
💼 Position Details- Full-Time RN Supervisor
- 🕒 Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- 📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday (YES, really… no weekends!)
- 💰 Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
- 💵 Pay: Based on YOUR years of experience
- ➕ $2.00/hour shift differential

🏥 About the RoleAs RN Supervisor, you will:
- Assess resident care needs and implement appropriate actions
- Ensure high-quality nursing care across our 60-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility
- Implement and uphold nursing policies and procedures
- Lead, support, and guide nursing staff to deliver exceptional care
- Foster teamwork, engagement, and a positive culture
We want a leader who is:
- Flexible, innovative, and solutions-driven
- Strong in leadership, communication, and critical thinking
- Organized with excellent customer service skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff
Requirements:
- Current, active RN license (in good standing)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred:
- Long-term care and/or supervisory experience
