Position: RN – Skilled Nursing
- Available Shifts: PRN 11pm-7am
- Experienced based compensation
What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
- Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health and behavior.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
- Delegate, supervise, and support the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.
What You’ll Need:
- A current RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact state).
- A heart for service and a readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.
