Job Description- Manage Care Operation and direct staff to provide health services to residents of Ivy Gables.
- Educate and empower staff to emulate the concepts of independent and assisted living.
- Delegate specific wellness tasks to the Wellness Center Staff.
- Assist the DOW to develop and implement wellness policies and procedures to create the “ultimate” care experience.
- 3-5 years geriatric, long-term, home care, memory care nursing experience preferred.
- Specific business experience with older adults or in the retirement housing industry preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current PA RN license in good standing.
