JOB TITLE: RN Primary to Physicians
DEPARTMENT: Heart Failure
SUMMARY OF DUTIES: A nonexempt position that provides professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices and works closely with physician to ensure quality care.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepares equipment and aids Physicians during examination, treatment and testing of patients.
- Observes, records and reports patient’s condition and reaction to treatments, drug testing to providers.
- Maintains and reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information.
- Documents test results, phone calls, & patient education in accordance with nursing and organization standards.
- Orders medications as prescribed by provider.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned by supervision.
PAY RANGE: $40-$48 (dependent upon experience and education)
SIGN ON BONUS: $10,000

QualificationsEducation: Minimum: Graduate of an accredited CMA, LPN or RN program.
Certificate/License: Possession of current CMA, Alaska State LPN or Registered Nurse license, and current CPR certification. Current ACLS certification preferred.
